New course starting "Spark Within"

In this course we will start to build an inner foundation for how to create a better balance and harmony within ourselves, and in my finding this foundation is built upon two pillars:

Mediation & Creativity. 

This course will be a deep-dive into these two topics and a self-explorational journey. You don’t need to have any pre-knowledge or experience, what is asked of you is only a curious heart and mind.
